I bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $10,000 dollars(low miles) and want to refinance, any advice?

I financed through the dealership in April at 9.1%. I have good credit but this is the best they could do for me supposedly because I put no money down and it is an older used vehicle? Any suggestions online financers, banks, or credit unions? What rate should I look for?
