I am considering filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and I am unsure how to go about it with the new bankruptcy laws..

I live in oregon, and have tried to research bankruptcy online, but am just more confused. My main concern is about cost. How much does it cost to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. I am very low income, so am pretty sure I qualify for it, but I don't know if I have to hire a lawyer or if I can just file and pay a fee....If you have any information and/or websites it would be greatly appreciated.
