I am looking for a company or an individual that lend me $10000,I am willing to pay it off in 5 years or soon

I would like to borrow $10000 dollars, I would insince on a lawyer and a contract in a payback. I could take up to 5 years to pay it back or sooner so I would like to have an open contract.
